If you do not have a PayPal account or a credit/debit card, please order or pre-order by emailing Bicky Tolar. Include the following information:

Complete Mailing Address
City, State, Zip
Email Address
Name and Quantity of CD's

You will receive a reply with a mailing address where you can send your check.

Cost if $15 per CD, plus $1.50 each for shipping and handling. You will receive your CD's 3-5 business days after receipt of the check.
